Objective: 

The overall objective of this short course is to empower small and medium sized businesses to master the fundamentals of marketing management and make them familiar with the basic principles of modern marketing.

  • Module 1: Orientation to marketing.
  • Module 2: Getting and using marketing Information.
  • Module 3: Choosing to whom to market: Pinpointing the target market.
  • Module 4: Product Decisions: What exactly do we offer to costumers?
  • Module 5: Price: How to determine what to charge.
  • Module 6: Distribution: Getting the product to the costumer.
  • Module 7: Promotion: Communicating with your market.
  • Module 8: The Marketing Plan: How to write a professional marketing plan.

 

How:

The short course is 4 weeks long. The modules will take part on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 17h00-21h00. The course is based on case studies as well as from the practical experience of various experts. In addition, interactive exercises will be performed during the course and the participants will be encouraged to write their own marketing plan relating to their business.
