Objective: 

Obtaining the skills and know-how of how to develop a professional business plan.

Content/Benefit:

After completion of the workshop the participant will be able to draw up a business plan, which will adhere to the following criteria. The plan should proof:

• The existence of a sustainable demand for the product and/or service.
• That a sustainable profit can be achieved by the marketing of the product and/or the service.
• That the risk involved is reasonable.
• That the entrepreneurial and management teams are experienced and balanced in their composition.

The business plan must be easy to read, concise, factual and practical.
